A button type is often used for force measurement applications, however sometimes it may be challenging to install a button type load cell for certain equipment. For this reason, we receive many inquiries regarding the shape of load cells.
Now, the following long-awaited product is added to the lineup!
Washer type load cell "UWP"
UWP is a washer type load cell with a hole at the center. We are pleased to offer its capacity from 1 kN to 20 kN.
It can be used for a variety of applications such as:
- Axial force measurement of a bolt
- Force management of a bearing or a shaft
- A press machine where a load cell needs to be installed at the outer perimeter of a cylinder
- Equipment where a pipe needs to be passed at the center for water or air cooling
UNIPULSE, manufacturing springs and strain gages within our own factory, accepts orders of small lot & custom-made load cells!
For the custom-made, capacity change, special shape, size change, expansion of compensated temperature range, siloxane-free specification etc. are available.
