3 best indicators for force measurement! Manage assembly process by waveform comparison
Force indicators such as F381A, FS2000, PFA and so forth are equipped with a function that can measure not only load values from a load cell but displacement values from a displacement sensor.
By internal processing of indicators, load fluctuation against moving distance is displayed in graph as illustrated below.
Set "OK range" based on an actual measurement waveform of an OK product at assembling.
(1) Save a waveform of an OK product.
(2) Generate "OK range" based on
the actual measurement waveform.
With this function,
load status at assembling can be monitored from the start to the end!
Even following errors can be detected depending on its usage!
If time is used for X-axis, waveforms will be drawn in different forms
whenever start position and/or assembling speeds are different.
Distance can be used for X-axis to eliminate waveform variation
due to speed difference.
In case of Y-axis as Load & X-axis as Time:
- Waveform varies as speed differs. That is, basis of OK waveform is liable to change.
In case of Y-axis as Load & X-axis as Distance:
- Waveform is stabilized every time even if speed differs. Thus, Waveform comparison is effective.
