The electric balancer “Moon Lifter” is a hanging-style power assist device that neutralizes the weight of a lifted workpiece, allowing it to be handled with minimal effort.

CE marking certified version is newly available for the dust-proof & all-weather type of Moon Lifter.

The dust-proof & all-weather type is equipped with the stainless chain as standard and adopts the fanless structure. In addition to outdoor use, it can be introduced even in oil mist or dusty environments. Supporting AC 100 to 120 V as well as 200 to 240 V, the dust-proof & all-weather type can be used safely in any country all over the world.

*The CE marking certified version supports only AC 200 to 240 V.

MLT Specification:

Newly equipped with the simple dust-proof & drip-proof functions, the lightweight type has now achieved the performance improvement from the conventional model.

Specification of the lightweight type new model:

・Up to 80kg can be lifted

　The maximum lifting load has been expanded from 60 kg to 80kg.

・Stainless steel chain is equipped as standard

　Both the chain and the hand cover are made of stainless steel, which is rust-resistant.

・Even more compact

　The total length is 10 mm shorter, and the depth is 12 mm shorter than the conventional model.

・Multi-voltage power supply

　Power input of AC 100 to 240 V is now supported.

・Simple dust-proof & drip-proof

　The new lightweight model can be used even in the following environments:

• Environments where water may splashes
• Powdery or dusty environments
• Environments where fume is produced

 "New model MLS-80K" is recommended when the lifting load capacity is insufficient with 60kg, or a little more loading capacity is needed due to the weight of the lifting clamp. Meanwhile, "New MLS-40K" is recommended for the sites where dust-proof and drip-proof capabilities are required.
